Vizsla Silver Corp. has agreed to acquire the Santa Fe Project, a 12,229 Ha site with a 350 tpd mill, south of its Panuco Project in Mexico. The deal includes cash and share payments for production and exploration concessions. The Santa Fe mine has processed 370,366 tonnes of ore since 2020, with significant exploration potential. The acquisition aims to boost Vizsla’s production profile.

Mako Mining Corp. reported high-grade gold and silver results from its RC drill program at Las Conchitas, Nicaragua. Highlights include 117.98 g/t Au over 2.0 m at Cruz Grande/El Limon, 29.57 g/t Au over 3.0 m at Mina Francisco, and 24.95 g/t Au over 4.0 m at Bayacun. The program aims to expand open-pit and underground mining potential.

Luca Mining Corp. announced drill results from seven underground diamond drill holes at its Campo Morado mine in Mexico, part of a 5,000m Phase One exploration. Drillhole CMUG-25-012 discovered a new ore zone with 3.8m of 12.54 g/t AuEq. The program targets near-mine resource expansion, with surface drilling underway to test Reforma and El Rey deposits.

Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. reported exploration progress at its El Cubo and San Ignacio mines in Guanajuato, Mexico. At El Cubo, 971.8 meters of drilling in Q1 2025 confirmed the San Luis vein’s continuity, with 6,500 meters planned for 2025 targeting multiple veins. Tocvan Ventures Corp. announced initial RC drill results from its Gran Pilar Gold-Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico. Drillhole JES-25-114 returned 41.2m of 1.0 g/t Au and 10 g/t Ag, including 6.1m of 5.4 g/t Au and 39 g/t Ag. The high-grade zone coincides with a 250m vertical geophysical anomaly. Results are pending for seven additional holes.

Endeavour Silver Corp. has started wet commissioning at its Terronera Project in Jalisco, Mexico, a key step toward full-scale production. This phase involves testing equipment and systems with water and slurry, following successful dry commissioning. Initial results from the concentrate filter align with design expectations. The company aims to ramp up to full throughput and will provide operational guidance as progress continues. The stock price for EXK is currently $5.47 USD.

Riverside Resources Inc. finalized an option agreement with Questcorp Mining Inc. for the La Union Project in Sonora, Mexico, on May 5, 2025. Questcorp can acquire 100% interest by paying C$100,000, issuing 19.9% shares, and spending C$5.5M on exploration over four years. Riverside retains a 2.5% royalty and will operate the exploration program.

Luca Mining Corp. announced results from nine underground drill holes at its Tahuehueto gold-silver mine in Mexico, part of a 5,000m exploration program. Two new high-grade breccia ore shoots were discovered in the El Creston vein system, with intercepts including 9.4m at 5.21 g/t AuEq and 4.8m at 5.62 g/t AuEq. A Phase 2 drilling program and surface drilling at the Santiago deposit have begun.

Targeting the Soledad and Soledad II vein systems, the program follows high-grade silver and anomalous gold findings. Drilling is set to start post-holiday and continue through July, aiming to unlock the project’s value in the Parral mining district.

Kootenay Silver Inc. announced high-grade drill results from its Columba Silver Project, with D-Vein assays reaching 7,630 gpt silver and 30.57% lead-zinc, the deepest and highest values recorded. Hole CDH-25-199 intercepted 620 gpt silver over 16.5 meters. The company is compiling data for a maiden resource estimate, with drilling now exceeding 20,000 meters.
