Oroco intersected 26.48 metres grading 1.18% copper equivalent in the South Zone of its Santo Tomás copper project in Sinaloa. The high-grade result strengthens confidence in South Zone mineralization as Phase 2 drilling supports resource upgrading and pre-feasibility-level mine planning.
Silver Storm intersected 215 g/t silver equivalent over 11.9 metres and 200 g/t silver equivalent over 15.4 metres during drilling at its La Parrilla Silver Mine Complex in Durango. The broad mineralized intervals support resource-growth potential and the evaluation of a future mine restart.
Tocvan Ventures reported a significant new discovery along the El Mezquite trend at Gran Pilar, Sonora. Hole JES-26-155 intersected 215 m grading 0.56 g/t Au, including 70.2 m at 0.86 g/t Au and 6.1 m at 4.94 g/t Au and 27.13 g/t Ag, highlighting substantial near-surface expansion potential.
Defiance Silver received environmental approval for up to 172 drill sites at the Espiritu copper target within its Green Earth Project in Sonora. The authorization provides flexibility to test multiple targets across this prospective Laramide-age copper system and represents an important step toward initiating systematic drill exploration.
Guanajuato Silver received permits for surface drilling at its El Horcón project in Jalisco. The planned program will test extensions of the gold-silver-lead-zinc vein system, improve understanding of the historical resource and evaluate El Horcón’s potential as a satellite operation supplying the company’s processing facilities in Guanajuato.
Mithril upgraded Copalquin’s Target 1 resource to 464 koz AuEq indicated and 151 koz inferred, with indicated metal increasing 196%. High-grade drilling expanded Targets 3 and 5. Two rigs are completing the fully funded 12,000-metre 2026 program; Mithril held A$7.3 million cash and no debt.
Algo Grande mobilized a second rig and commenced Hole 3 at the Adelita project’s Cerro Grande skarn target in Sonora. Hole 2 intersected 28.37 metres of visual copper mineralization in skarn and andesitic porphyry and continued toward a planned 700-metre depth to test the system’s deeper extension and potential feeder intrusion.
Oroco reported a select surface sample grading 7.57% copper at its Vainilla concession in Sinaloa and completed a drone magnetic survey. The results, combined with geological mapping and sampling, will help define exploration targets associated with prospective breccia, skarn and concealed porphyry systems.
Pacifica Silver identified a new high-grade shoot at the Aguilareña vein within its Claudia Project in Durango. Highlights include 4.44 m at 754 g/t AgEq, including 1.99 m at 1,613 g/t AgEq, and 2.54 m at 987 g/t AgEq. The mineralized system remains open along strike and at depth.
Mercado Minerals reported additional drilling from its Copalito Project in Sinaloa. El Pilar returned 3.40 m grading 403 g/t AgEq, including 0.80 m at 675 g/t AgEq. Drilling defined a higher-grade zone approximately 400 m long and 200 m down-dip. El Agua also returned 8.0 m at 200 g/t AgEq, with both zones remaining open.
