Founded in 2011 by Douglas B. Coleman, a Geological Engineer from the Colorado School of Mines, Mexico Mining Center was established to promote Mexico’s mineral potential and support the responsible development of the country’s mining industry through the dissemination of accurate and relevant information.

Over the years, MMC has become a trusted source of mining news and industry updates for exploration companies, producers, investors, consultants, service providers, government representatives, and academic institutions with interests in Mexico.
