Vizsla Silver Corp. wants to remind its valued shareholders that if the spinout of Vizsla Royalties Corp. is approved at the Special Meeting being held on June 17, 2024, the Company will seek a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia to approve the Arrangement and closing will occur on or about June 24, 2024.
