The Mexican copany Compañía Minera Autlán reported that it received a syndicated loan led by the Mexican unit of the Spanish bank Santander for $160 millionto refinance its ebt, which as of last September was $171.4 million, with which it will refinance 93.3 percent ofthe liabilities with cost.
The United Steelworkers union (USW) is using the Canada United States Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) to file a complaint against Vancouver-headquartered Orla Mining Ltd. (TSX,NYSE:ORLA) over its alleged treatment of Mexican miners who have recently unionized.

Chesapeake Gold Corp. announces plans to appeal the Mexican court’s dismissal of its lawsuit challenging the cancellation of its San Vicente 3 mineral concession, a key part of its Metates project, and will continue advancing the project and related studies while pursuing all legal options.
