Colibri Reports 223 Grams of Silver per Tonne, 3.2% Lead, and 8.6% Zinc over Four Metres in Diamond Drilling at the Ramard Property

Colibri Resource Corporation is pleased to report results from the 2012 diamond drilling program at the Ramard Project near the town of Carbo in Sonora, Mexico. Drilling began at Ramard in the La Bronca Zone on March 6th and was completed on May 5th, 2012. A total of 2,291.8 metres were drilled in 13 holes by contractor Major Drilling de Mexico S.A. de C.V. Targets were tested over a 500 metre strike length in the La Bronca Zone.

Updated Mineral Resource Estimate for Paramount Gold and Silver’s San Miguel Project Expected in August, 2012

Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. reported today that Mine Development Associates ( www.mda.com ) of Reno, Nevada is currently preparing an updated National Instrument 43-101-compliant mineral resource estimate for its 100%-owned San Miguel Project in Mexico for expected release in August, 2012. The updated estimate, originally scheduled for June, will cover five of the Project’s resource areas and will incorporate the results from over 33,000 meters of new drilling in 120 drill holes completed in these areas in 2011 and 2012. The new drill results increase by 41% the total amount of drill core available from these areas for inclusion in the updated resource estimate, compared to the last estimate released on December 28, 2011.

Starcore Reports Third Quarter Earnings of $4.2 Million and $10.8 Million for the Nine Months Ended April 30, 2012

Starcore International Mines Ltd. has filed the results for the quarter and nine months ended April 30, 2012, for the Company and its mining operations. Over the third quarter ended April 30, 2012, the Company is pleased to report revenues of $14.0 million, earnings from mining operations of $5.0 million and earnings for the period of $4.17 million, which includes a net $1.93 million gain in financing costs due to gains in the Company’s gold forward sales contracts. The basic and diluted income per share for the quarter ended April 30, 2012 was $0.03. Over the nine months ended April 30, 2012, the Company reports revenues of $49.4 million, earnings from mining operations of $17.8 million and earnings for the period of $10.8 million, which includes a net $1.95 million loss in financing costs due to net losses in gold forward sales contracts over the period. The basic and diluted income per share for the nine month period ended April 30, 2012 was $0.09 and $0.08, respectively.
