Mexican Gold Mining closed a $2.299 million subscription-receipt financing supporting its acquisition of Alcon Silver. Effective July 16, 2026, the company will consolidate its shares 1.6667-for-one and rename itself Platauro Metals Corp. Shares are expected to begin trading under TSXV symbol PURO around July 20. Mining Americas produced 9,105 ounces of gold from its Pan Mine in Nevada during Q2 2026, bringing first-half production to 17,839 ounces.
