Equinox Gold shareholders approved the issuance of up to 421.8 million shares for its acquisition of Orla Mining, with 99.83% voting in favour. Orla securityholders also approved the transaction. Following final court approval, the business combination is expected to close July 31, 2026.

Canasil shareholders approved all resolutions at the July 21 meeting, including the proposed name change to Canadian Silver Corp., election of directors, appointment of the auditor and confirmation of the stock option plan. Southern Silver engaged ICP Securities to provide automated market-making services aimed at improving share liquidity and correcting temporary supply-demand imbalances. Effective July 15, 2026, the four-month agreement costs C$7,500 monthly and automatically renews month-to-month unless terminated with 30 days’ notice. Mexican Gold Mining Corp. to Effect Share Consolidation and Name Change and Announces Closing of $2,299,000 Subscription Receipt Financing

Mexican Gold Mining closed a $2.299 million subscription-receipt financing supporting its acquisition of Alcon Silver. Effective July 16, 2026, the company will consolidate its shares 1.6667-for-one and rename itself Platauro Metals Corp. Shares are expected to begin trading under TSXV symbol PURO around July 20. Proceeds will support project exploration and working capital.
