EV Resources Limited (ASX: EVR) (“EVR” or the “Company”) is pleased to advise that, following the approval of shareholders at the General Meeting held on 2 September 2026, the Company has changed its name to Antimony Resources Limited (“Antimony Resources”).

From Monday 21 September 2026, the Company’s securities will trade on ASX under the new ASX code ANT (fully paid ordinary shares), ANTO (listed options exercisable at $0.075 and expiring 31 August 2030) and ANTOA (listed options exercisable at $0.20 and expiring 30 November 2026), replacing the current codes EVR, EVRO and EVROA respectively.

The change of name does not affect the rights of shareholders or the Company’s operations. Existing holding statements remain valid, and ASIC has registered the change of name. The Company’s ACN and Australian Business Number are unchanged. Shareholders are not required to take any action.

The new name and brand reflect the Company’s strategic transition to a focused antimony company. Antimony is a critical mineral essential to defence, energy storage, flame retardants and semiconductor applications, and the Company is advancing production-capable proof-of-concept processing at its Tecomatlán plant, ore supply from the Chinantla antimony project, and exploration at the Los Lirios Antimony Project in Mexico, together with its antimony ground in Nevada, USA.

The new Antimony Resources Limited brand

Commenting on the change, Executive Chairman Shane Menere said:

“The change of name to Antimony Resources marks an important milestone for the Company. Our identity now clearly reflects what we do – advancing antimony, a critical mineral of growing strategic importance, from proof-of-concept processing at Tecomatlán towards commercial production. Together with the share consolidation, the new brand positions the Company for its next phase of growth and for engagement with a broader base of Australian and international investors.”

New website and investor communications

A new corporate website will be launched at antimonyresources.com.au to coincide with the change of name. The existing evresources.com.au domain and email addresses will redirect to the new site for a transitional period. Shareholders and investors are encouraged to register on the new website to receive Company announcements and updates directly.
