Vizsla Silver Corp. announced on March 31, 2025, a new high-grade discovery on the Animas Vein, 6 km northeast of Copala at its Panuco project in Mexico. Hole AM-25-90 intersected 897 g/t AgEq over 5.85 m true width, including 2,256 g/t AgEq over 1.13 m. Further drilling planned.
Silver Dollar Resources Inc. has, subject to regulatory approval, granted stock options to directors, officers and consultants to purchase up to 2,050,000 shares of the Company at a price of $0.30 per share until March 28, 2030.
For the second tranche, the Company issued an additional 2,583,330 units at CAD $0.30 per Unit for gross proceeds of approximately CAD $774,999. In aggregate, the Company has issued 25,916,664 Units for gross proceeds of approximately CAD $7,774,999 inclusive of the first tranche closing and second tranche closing.
Heliostar Metals Ltd. closed a bought deal equity financing on March 28, 2025, raising gross proceeds of $19.5 million through issuing 19,500,000 common shares at $1.00 each. Proceeds will advance Mexican project development, including drilling at Ana Paula, and general corporate purposes.
