SOURCE EXPLORATION CORP. is pleased to announce that step – out drilling at the Santa Cruz target of its Las Minas project has intersected a wide mineralized zone extending from the surface to 97.2 metres and grading 2.70 g/t Gold Equivalent in diamond drill hole LM-14-SC-03. A high-grade interval assaying 10.06 g/t Au Eq over 16.0 metres is contained within the wider intersection.

De acuerdo con la información que se publicó en el año de 1998, el proyecto minero Tehuantepec contemplaba la explotación de minerales en Santa María Zaniza, Santiago Textitlán, San Jacinto Tlacotepec, Santo Domingo Teojomulco, San Lorenzo Texmelucan y Santa María Lachixio, es decir, la mayor parte de la región. Ahora saben que ese proyecto es impulsado por Altos Hornos de México (AHMSA), la siderúrgica más grade del país, que cuenta con concesiones mineras localizadas en el municipio zapoteco de Santa María Zaniza, y en la comunidad de Río Humo, perteneciente al municipio de Santiago Textitlán, con una reserva de 457 millones de toneladas de hierro, situación que la convierte en una de las más grandes del mundo. Sacando 10 millones de toneladas anuales, llevaría 45 años terminar de hacerlo.

Orex Minerals Inc. is pleased to announce that the 2014 diamond drilling program will begin in May on the Coneto Gold-Silver Project in Durango State, Mexico. The program will consist of approximately 10,800 metres in 28 holes, located in five areas on the Coneto property. A technical committee, with representation of both Orex and its project partner Fresnillo plc is planning the Coneto exploration program, with Fresnillo as the operator.

Citation Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it has received formal written approval from The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (SERMARNAT) that its permit applications for its planned drill program at its Biricu Project have been approved and permits have now been issued.

GOLDCORP INC. announced that its Los Filos mine in Guerrero State, Mexico has suspended operations following unsuccessful efforts with the Carrizalillo Ejido to reach a negotiated settlement to renew the occupancy agreement that expired on March 31, 2014. Certain activities related to environmental safeguards and site security will continue during the suspension.

Soltoro Ltd. has initiated a ground magnetic geophysical program and is continuing with its trenching program at its 100%-owned El Rayo and Tecolote projects in the Guachinango District of Jalisco, Mexico. Mining in the Guachinango District was initiated by the Spaniards in 1546 but more recent exploration has identified a broad northwest-trending belt of gold-silver mining districts that includes Soltoro’s El Rayo and Tecolote Projects, Cayden Resources El Barqueño Project, Endeavour Silver’s San Sebastian Project and Santana Minerals` Espiritu Santo Project. Gold mineralization in the Guachinango District is controlled by northeast and east-west-trending structures near intersections with the regional northwest trend. Soltoro’s Tecolote Project lies along one of these northeast-trending structures.

Citation Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it has received formal written approval from The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources that its permit applications for its planned drill program at its Biricu Project have been approved and permits have now been issued. The permits, along with the previously announced permissions from the local community, allow Citation to immediately commence drilling at its previously announced high-priority exploration targets. The initial drill program will test the priority high-drill targets in Punto Rojo and Northern Target areas with an initial exploratory drill program of a minimum of 5,500 metres and 11 proposed holes. Each of the target areas contain the geophysical, geochemical and geological characteristics consistent with other discoveries in the area, including the neighboring Torex properties, Morelos and Media Luna, and Goldcorp’s Los Filos.

Almaden Minerals Ltd. is pleased to report on the on-going exploration activities at the Company’s 100% owned Tuligtic project and Ixtaca Zone. A Preliminary Economic Assessment is currently being prepared by the independent engineering consultant groups Knight Piesold Ltd. and Moose Mountain Technical Services. On the project, the Company has commenced drilling operations. Currently one drill is working on a geo-mechanical data gathering program required for potential future studies. Geotechnical holes are also planned as part of this engineering focussed drill program. A second drill has been working on a small infill drilling program which is about to finish. For the remainder of 2014, Almaden plans to focus drilling on high-priority gold-silver exploration targets located near the Ixtaca deposit. These targets, defined by epithermal alteration, surface anomalous geochemistry and geophysics, are considered by the Company to represent unique opportunities for discovery adjacent to the Ixtaca deposit, a blind drilling discovery made by Almaden in 2010. Other work currently underway includes environmental baseline studies and more advanced metallurgical test work.

Avino Silver and Gold Mines Ltd. today announced preliminary results from development of the sixth level of the San Gonzalo Mine as well as plans to commence its 2014 drill program on the Avino property, located 80km northeast of Durango, Mexico.
