For the second tranche, the Company issued an additional 2,583,330 units at CAD $0.30 per Unit for gross proceeds of approximately CAD $774,999. In aggregate, the Company has issued 25,916,664 Units for gross proceeds of approximately CAD $7,774,999 inclusive of the first tranche closing and second tranche closing.

Discovery Silver Corp. shareholders overwhelmingly approved (99.85% of votes) the issuance of shares for acquiring Newmont Corporation’s Porcupine Complex. The resolution passed at the special meeting on March 27, 2025, with the deal expected to close in H1 2025.

Americas Gold & Silver reported 2024 revenue of US$100.2 M with 1.7 Moz of silver production and all-in sustaining costs of about $28/oz, but a net loss of US$48.9 M. It completed 100% acquisition of the Galena Complex, strengthened leadership, and expects increased production and cost improvements in 2025.
