The Donovan 2 project is located 45 Km southeast of Zacatecas city, Zacatecas State, Mexico. Alien’s geologists collected 44 surface samples consisting of: rock chip, float samples and historic dump samples during a detailed exploration program to complement the geophysics and surface mapping conducted since November 2018. Minera Alamos Inc. is pleased to announced that it has entered into a binding letter agreement with ePower Metals Inc. dated April 22nd, 2019 that outlines the terms and conditions upon which Minera Alamos will assign its option rights to acquire the Guadalupe de los Reyes gold property in exchange for approximately 19.8% of the outstanding ePower common shares and certain other rights related to the development of Los Reyes. Minera Alamos currently has the right to acquire a 100% interest in Los Reyes pursuant to an option agreement entered into with Vista Gold Corp.
