Vizsla Adds Second Drill Rig at Panuco Silver Project, Mexico

CEO Michael Konnert stated “Vizsla now has two drill rigs testing two high-priority targets, the Napoleon vein system and the Cordon del Oro vein corridor. During the last two months, Vizsla has positioned itself to be in the best shape yet since commencing work at Panuco in Fall of 2019. While the site was paused due to COVID-19, Vizsla’s team has focused on completing the mapping of the site and further analysing the local geology.”

Kootenay Resumes Drilling at Copalito Silver-Gold Property, Mexico

This is the continuation of the initial drill program that began in March 2020, before operations were halted due to health restrictions imposed by the Government of Mexico in wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. One hole totaling 105.2 meters of the planned 3,000-meter program was completed before the temporary work stoppage.

GoGold Begins Drilling at Los Ricos North

The Company has began drilling with one drill rig at the La Trini target, which is included in the Los Ricos North project. The first holes will be drilled using HQ triple tube core drilling equipment to maximize core recoveries at shallow depths and are being laid out to ‘twin’ historical drill holes completed by Tumi Resources and National Lead.

Minera Alamos Continues to Expand Mineralization at Santana Gold Project, Sonora, Mexico

The Company has also finalized initial plans for the Phase 3 drill program which will commence shortly following the resumption of post-covid mining activities in Mexico. Current plans call for an additional 20-25 holes at Nicho totaling approximately 4000m as well as the Company’s first drill holes at the Zata and Gold Ridge targets in addition to the recently identified Bufita target.

Aztec Highlights Top Priority Targets on the Cervantes Porphyry Gold-Copper Project in Sonora, Mexico

Aztec CEO, President and Chief Geologist Joey Wilkins commented, “Aztec and Kootenay plan to review shortly the first exploration program needed to target both the near-surface oxide gold mineralization as well as the deeper sulfide porphyry gold-copper potential at California. We have also received expressions of interest from major companies about the possibility of earning into the Cervantes joint venture and will consider the merits of any offers.”
