Pursuant to the LOI, Apollo has confirmed its intention to enter into a 3 year earn-in option with First Majestic to acquire 100% of First Majestic’s ownership in its Jalisco Group of properties, in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. The LOI is non-binding, however it is the intention of Apollo and First Majestic to enter into a Definitive Agreement within 90 days.

The SilverCrest Team is back to operating eight exploration drills, advancing underground development at 10 to 15 metres per day, and working diligently on feasibility and engineering designs in preparation for potential major mine construction in 2021.

GR Silver Mining President and CEO, Marcio Fonseca, commented, “We continue to systematically review the extensive un-released historical and recent drill hole database at the Plomosas Silver Project. The review confirms the presence of high-grade Au-Ag zones, which were not previously explored and evaluated by previous owners, nor integrated into a resource estimation. Most of the new mineralized veins are accessible through existing underground development, which facilitates planning of additional underground drilling and provides opportunities for new discoveries.”
