Orla Mining Ltd. completed a 15,000-metre infill drilling program at Camino Rojo’s Zone 22 in Zacatecas, Mexico, on July 18, 2025, with an additional 5,000 metres planned. High-grade Au-Ag-Zn intersections, including 142.0 g/t AuEq over 1.4 m, enhance the underground resource potential. The results support a 2026 resource estimate update and PEA, with mineralization open for further growth.
Aztec Minerals announced August 6, 2025, surface sampling results from Cervantes project, Sonora, Mexico: 151 samples with highs of 15.6 gpt Au and 177.3 gpt Ag at Brasil target. Multiple strong precious metals targets outlined (California East/North, Brasil, Estrella, Purisima East). Follow-up drilling planned after rainy season to expand mineralization.
Questcorp Mining Inc. has begun a 1,500m diamond core drilling program at its La Union Project in Sonora, Mexico, operated by Riverside Resources Inc. The program targets carbonate-hosted replacement deposit (CRD) mineralization, aiming to expand known zones and test new targets across four areas. This marks the first drilling at La Union, with potential for significant gold discoveries.
Riverside Resources began partner-funded drilling at the Union CRD gold project in Sonora, Mexico in August 2025. The 1,500m Phase 1 program tested six historic mine areas, intersecting promising oxides and refining the geological model. Drilling completed November 2025; assays pending to guide expanded Phase 2.
Orogen Royalties Inc. signed an agreement with Fresnillo plc, selling its Los Coyotes silver-gold project in Sonora, Mexico, for US$118,000 upfront and US$1 million upon commercial production. Orogen retains a 1% NSR royalty. The undrilled project, part of the Laramide porphyry copper belt, features high-grade silver-gold mineralization, with samples up to 6.81 g/t gold and 927 g/t silver.
Endeavour Silver Corp. reported steady progress at its Terronera mine in Jalisco, Mexico, for July 2025. The mine milled 57,080 tonnes, averaging 1,841 tonnes per day (tpd), with current rates between 1,900 and 2,000 tpd. Silver and gold recoveries averaged 71% and 67%, respectively, since July 16. Higher-grade material processing is expected to boost recoveries, with a focus on sustaining 2,000 tpd throughput as the mine advances toward commercial production.
Guanajuato Silver Company Ltd. reported high-grade gold intercepts at its Valenciana Mines Complex in Mexico, with 0.98m at 16.7 g/t gold and 0.26m at 45.3 g/t gold in the Santa Margarita zone. These results, from 475m of Q1 2025 drilling, will support a new mining block in 2025, boosting production potential.
Mithril Silver and Gold Limited reported high-grade gold and silver results from its Copalquin District project in Mexico for Q2 2025. Channel sampling at Target 2 yielded up to 31.8 g/t gold and 1,004 g/t silver, while drilling at Las Brujas returned 11.5m @ 8.61 g/t gold. Target 5 sampling showed up to 5.36 g/t gold and 777 g/t silver, preparing for drilling next quarter. A C$11.5M private placement was completed, with a cash balance of A$11M.
Tocvan Ventures announces permit approval for 45 drill pads and 67 trenches at Gran Pilar Gold-Silver Project, expanding drilled area 5x with over 30,000m of new drilling. This enables testing new targets, resource expansion, and material prep for a 50,000-tonne pilot mine, amid record gold prices.
