Endeavour Silver Reports an Illegal Blockade and Suspension of Operations at its Terronera Mine

Endeavour Silver temporarily suspended operations at its Terronera mine in Jalisco following an illegal blockade by members of a nearby Ejido community over infrastructure, water access, medical services and financial assistance. The peaceful blockade began August 12. Endeavour is negotiating with community leaders while maintaining reduced staffing and may pursue legal remedies if necessary.

Goldgroup Advances San Francisco Toward Potential Production Restart

Goldgroup outlined a potential restart plan for the San Francisco gold mine in Sonora, targeting mining in Q1 2027 and full production during the second half. The plan contemplates 50,000–60,000 gold-equivalent ounces annually, approximately US$15 million for plant refurbishment and US$40–50 million in working capital.

Silver Spruce to Settle Outstanding Indebtedness

Silver Spruce Resources entered agreements to settle $66,125 in outstanding debt owed to a company controlled by a former officer and director for $20,000. The company will issue 210,526 common shares at a deemed price of $0.095 per share. The debt settlement remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Sinda reported Q2 2026 results following its NYSE IPO, raising $331.3 million including Fresnillo’s strategic investment. The company completed 60,810 metres of Phase 1 drilling and plans another 122,000 metres. Strong Don Diego results highlight expansion potential, while construction of a 9-kilometre exploration decline is targeted to begin in H2 2026.

Almaden Provides Update on Arbitration Process with Mexico

The hearing for Almaden Minerals and Almadex Minerals’ CPTPP arbitration claim against Mexico has been rescheduled from December 2026 to July 2027. The tribunal extended the hearing from six to up to ten days to allow sufficient examination of witnesses and experts. Almaden believes the added time will support a stronger presentation of its case.

Americas Gold and Silver Reports Financial Results for Q2 2026 Highlighted by Strong Operational Performance at Cosalá and Upgrade Project Progress at the Galena Complex

Americas Gold and Silver’s Q2 revenue rose 71% to $46 million, while its net loss narrowed to $5 million. Silver production totaled 665,000 ounces, including 337,000 ounces from Cosalá, up 26%. Galena’s completed shaft modernization increased hoisting capacity by 150%. The company maintained 2026 guidance of 3.2–3.6 million silver ounces.

Madoro Metals Corp. – Update on Reverse Takeover Transaction

Madoro Metals and Narrow River Resources continue advancing their proposed reverse takeover, including finalizing the shareholder circular and related documentation. Madoro is also proceeding with a concurrent private placement of up to C$1.23 million. Completion remains subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, TSXV acceptance, financing completion and customary closing conditions.
