Sinda Ltd. has begun trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker SIND, marking a major milestone for the Mexico-focused silver explorer. Backed by The Electrum Group, Fresnillo and Franco-Nevada, Sinda is advancing its flagship Guanajuato silver-gold project, which hosts a large resource base and significant exploration upside.

Highlander Silver announced that shareholders approved all resolutions at its June 25 Annual General Meeting, including the election of six directors and the reappointment of Davidson & Company LLP as auditors. All director nominees received strong shareholder support, with approval ranging from approximately 85% to nearly 100%.
