VVC Exploration – Extension of Series U Warrants

VVC EXPLORATION CORPORATION announces the extension of the expiry date of 19,170,000 Series U warrants to purchase 19,170,000 shares of the Company @ $0.18 per share, as permitted under the new TSX Venture Exchange Policy. The warrants, which were expiring on January 25, 2015, will now expire on January 25, 2018, and remain exercisable at $0.18 per share. These warrants were attached to a private placement of $ $958,500 approved by the TSXV on January 29, 2012. The warrants are not currently in-the-money, and no warrants have been exercised. None of these warrants are held by insiders of the Company. The warrant extension is conditional on obtaining TSXV approval.

Flinders Terminates Agreement with Big North

Flinders Resources Limited announce that further to the joint news release with Big North Graphite Corp. of September 2, 2014, October 21, 2014, November 3, 2014 and December 1, 2014 Flinders has terminated the binding letter agreement dated August 28, 2014, effective immediately. The letter agreement has been terminated as a result of Big North failing to satisfy the due diligence process.

Corex Corporate Update and Path to Commercial Production

Corex Gold Corp. is pleased to announce a corporate update on the company’s Santana property in Sonora State, Mexico. The first milestone was a first tranche private placement provided by H Morgan & Company. A second tranche will also be made as and when necessary by H Morgan & Company, as stated in the agreement, for a total of, $1,250,000 million. This first tranche will fund an exploration and development program, the second tranche is expected to fund start-up production.

Kootenay Mobilizes Plans for Phase II Drill Program on La Negra

Hecla Announces High-Grade, Near-Surface Resources at San Sebastian, Mexico

Hecla Mining Company announced that a very successful 2014 exploration drilling program with strong drill intersections has resulted in significantly increased resources at its San Sebastian property in Durango, Mexico. A 2015 exploration program has been designed to further advance the project and expand the resource.

Fortuna Intercepts 1,282 g/t Ag and 8.1 g/t Au Over 4.6 Meters in Trinidad North Step-Out Drilling at San Jose Mine, Mexico

Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. is pleased to announce results for step-out drilling of the Trinidad North zone at the San Jose Mine in Oaxaca, Mexico. Results are included for twenty-three drill holes completed subsequent to the Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve estimates reported as of June 30, 2014. The new drill results confirm that the Bonanza and Trinidad veins and the structurally and spatially related Trinidad North Stockwork Zone all remain open to the north and to depth along the strike and plunge of the ore shoots.
