Elgin Mining Announces Election Of Directors

Elgin Mining Inc. announces the detailed voting results for the election of its Board of Directors, which took place at the Company’s Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on May 22, 2013. The nominees listed in the management information circular dated April 18, 2013 were elected as directors of Elgin at the meeting. Detailed results of the vote are set out below:

Soltoro Ltd. participates in discoveries and advancements at the Coyote property through its ~15% equity holding in Argentum Silver Corp. and its retained 3% N.S.R. royalty interest. Soltoro announced by press release issued on May 13, 2013 certain information concerning work done by Argentum Silver on the Coyote property, by replicating Argentum Silver’s press release of the same date. Arian Silver Files Technical Report

London, England, Arian Silver Corporation today announced that further to the Company’s previous announcement on 17 May 2013, it has filed a Technical Report dated 23 May 2013 and entitled “NI43-101 Technical Report Update – San José Project, Zacatecas, Mexico”.

Urique Project Returned to Yale

Yale Resources Ltd. has been notified by Mammoth Resources Ltd. that they have decided to not proceed with the option to earn up to a 100% interest in the Urique Property. The formal termination of the Agreement is subject to Mammoth fulfilling certain termination obligations as set forth in the original agreement.
