Capstone Mining Announces New $500 Million Corporate Credit Facility

Capstone Mining Corp. has entered into an amended Senior Secured Corporate Revolving Credit Facility for up to $500 million with Scotiabank (Co-Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner and Administrative Agent) and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (Co-Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner and Syndication Agent). Other syndicate lenders include Citibank, N.A., Canadian Branch; Wells Fargo Bank N.A., Canadian Branch; Export Development Canada; Bank of Montreal; Mizuho Bank, Ltd.; and ING Capital LLC. This facility amends Capstone’s existing senior secured corporate revolving term facility and allows for the repayment and cancellation of the existing senior secured reducing revolving credit facility.,

Orex Announces Private Placement

Orex Minerals Inc. announces a non-brokered private placement offering of 4,800,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.25 per share for gross proceeds of $1,200,000. Orex intends to use the net proceeds of the Private Placement for continued exploration and development of its Los Crestones Property located in Sinaloa, Mexico and for general corporate and working capital purposes.

Goldcorp announces enhancements to Corporate Affairs, Sustainability leadership team; Russell Ball assumes corporate development leadership role

GOLDCORP INC. today announced the promotion of Brent Bergeron to Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability. In a related move, Jerry Danni has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Sustainability reporting to Bergeron. The Company also announced that Russell Ball, Executive Vice President, Capital Projects will oversee the Company’s corporate development function. Both Mr. Bergeron and Mr. Ball will continue to report to Goldcorp President and Chief Executive Officer Chuck Jeannes.

Silver Standard Reports Second Quarter 2014 Results

Aurcana Delivers Highest Quarterly Production in History in Q4 2014

Aurcana Corporation is pleased to report the Q4 2014 production results of 1,000,214 ounces silver equivalent compared to 698,665 in Q4 2013, an increase of 43%, resulting in 3.7 million ounces of silver equivalent produced in 2014. Silver production increased 33% to 374,507 in Q4 2014, compared to 281,558 in Q4 2013.

Capstone Mining 2014 Production Results

Capstone Mining Corp. today announced operating results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2014 for its three operating mines: Pinto Valley, Cozamin and Minto. Combined production totalled 23,100 and 103,300 tonnes of copper (in concentrates and cathode) in the fourth quarter and full year 2014, respectively, with additional by-products of zinc, molybdenum, lead, silver and gold.
