Highlights from the December 31, 2017 MRMR statements include:

Mineral reserves of 417,000 ozs gold at 3.94 g/t net of mining depletionsince June 30, 2016
A 34% increase in measured and indicated resource to 511,000 ounces at 4.32 g/t
A 23% increase in inferred mineral resources to 220,000 ozs gold at 4.2 g/t

Luego de realizar una serie de trabajos de inspección en el Río Piaxtla, la Procuraduría Federal de Protección al Ambiente (Profepa), no detectó ningún cambio físico adverso en el cuerpo de agua en el que en días pasados se registró un derrame de solución de cianuro que causó mortandad de peces.

Presentan proyecto ambientalista en San Julián, Guadalupe y Calvo, en el que se prevé la construcción de una presa para utilización sustentable del agua en el proceso de extracción minera. El alcalde Noel Chávez destacó ante la presencia del gobernador Javier Corral, la importancia de los proyectos sustentables en pro del medio ambiente.

The Mexican Superior Court issued a unanimous ruling this week in favour of Nasdaq-listed Odyssey Marine Exploration’s subsidiary Exploraciones Oceánicas (ExO), which overturned a previous denial of ExO’s environmental permit application to extract phosphate sand from its Don Diego project, in the Bay of Ulloa.

This new increased milling capacity will allow us to shortly achieve positive cash flow at the Veta Grande operations.” Mr. Silva continued; “Our exploration programs will keep advancing to establish and increase our mineral resources with the eventual plan to further expand mill capacity at this historical silver rich mining district of Veta Grande”.

Azure Minerals Limited is pleased to advise that resource definition drilling of the Company’s flagship Oposura Project continues to deliver solid and very encouraging results. The initial mineral resource estimate is due in May and the release of the Scoping Study / Preliminary Economic Assessment is expected in Q3 2018.

“With the significant increase in contained zinc and silver in the indicated resource, San Felipe now becomes a more substantial project in the current zinc market,” stated Darren Blasutti, President and CEO of Americas Silver Corporation. “The updated estimate at San Felipe highlights potential for another low-capital project for the Company, after our successful start-up of the San Rafael mine and the rapid resource expansion of the silver-rich Zone 120 deposit. We will continue to evaluate San Felipe for its economic merits and strategic fit ahead of making the final payments for the option on the property by the end of the year.”

The Phase 1 drilling program, which calls for up to 30 holes to be drilled, is designed to confirm modelling and extend the known mineralization of the Main Zone to the north-west and south-east along trend.

Since drilling recommenced on the La Cigarra Project, six holes have been completed within the La Borracha Zone with all holes hitting the targeted mineralized zone.The mineralized zone intercepted at La Borracha is the extension of the structure, which hosts the La Cigarra resource, and drilling has now tested approximately 1000 meters of strike length beyond the resource. Logging and sampling of these holes is progressing well and results will be released once all assays have been received and interpreted by the Company.
