Tara Minerals Corp. is pleased to report that an aerial topography survey, covering 5 square kilometers of the Don Roman district, has been completed. The survey results provided Tara with detailed maps from which exact mineral vein locations can be determined. This allows for further correlation, connection and interpretation of surface occurrences in the district. The current work is focused on achieving 2013 Don Roman production and will include delineation/drilling of several of the known structures. All work will be conducted in a NI 43-101 compliant manner.

Soltoro Ltd. has completed three additional diamond drill holes at the El Rayo primary silver project in Jalisco, Mexico. A 350 metre-deep hole was completed below the Las Bolas deposit and two holes were completed north of the La Soledad West deposit. At Las Bolas, 91.3 metres of 129 g/t silver equivalent was intersected including 11.2 metres of massive sulphide mineralization grading 537 g/t silver equivalent encountered 318.8 metres down hole. The deep hole at Las Bolas extends mineralization 70 metres down-dip from the nearest hole with a substantial increase in silver grades. At La Soledad, 0.3 metres of 3,320 g/t silver was returned extending the known high grade silver mineralization an additional 60 metres down dip.

First Mexican Gold Corp. is pleased to announce that it has signed a non-binding letter agreement with Compañía de Minas Buenaventura S.A.A., pursuant to the terms of which BVN has been granted the right, for a period of 60 days from the signing, to complete due diligence and the right, at BVN’s discretion, to negotiate terms and sign a definitive agreement with FMG to earn a 70% interest in the Company’s 100% owned Guadalupe project. The objective of this proposed transaction is to further develop the Guadalupe property in Mexico, to provide capital for the Company and significantly expand the exploration program. The Company retains the Panda claim block for future exploration.

El Tigre Silver Corp. is pleased to report that drilling has started as scheduled with MAJOR DRILLING DE MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. at its El Tigre silver-gold property in northern Sonora, Mexico.

Mammoth Resources Corp. is pleased to report that it has received assay results from samples taken from its first two exploration campaigns by its geological team exploring the company’s Tenoriba Property, located in the prolific Sierra Madre precious metal belt in south western Chihuahua state, Mexico. The best result from this campaign assayed 23.6 grams per tonne (gpt) gold and 62.1 gpt silver, or 24.84 gpt gold equivalent (using a ratio of 50 gpt silver is equivalent to 1.0 gpt gold based on current gold and silver prices). This single highest gold assay was followed by 26 other samples that exceeded more than 2.0 gpt gold equivalent, 45 results that exceeded 1.0 gpt gold and 85 samples that were anomalous exceeding 0.3 gpt gold equivalent, of a total of 219 samples collected. Furthermore, many of these samples came from areas where mapping and sampling of similarly altered felsic volcanics and breccia with numerous locations of vuggy silica occurred as much as one kilometre to the northeast and to the southwest of the area of focused exploration and drilling by the previous optionor, Masuparia Gold Corporation (Masuparia), where Masuparia assayed up to 45 grams per tonne gold (please refer to press release dated July 3, 2012 for summary results of the Masuparia work).

Prospero Silver Corp. is pleased to announce the results of 360 rock chip samples obtained from the Petate West and Petate East target zones of its 6,000 hectare El Petate project. The Apartadero target is part of the Petate West zone, measuring 1.3 km long and up to 200 meters wide and has shown the most anomalous gold geochemistry to date in jasperoid outcrops and float. Mapping of the Petate West zone shows northwest and east-west trending silicified zones associated with andesitic dikes with the same orientation. Mapping and sampling have to date identified the La Escoba, Apartadero and and Tecolotes silicified reefs. Other as yet unmapped reefs are anticipated west of the Apartadero reef and in the southern extension of the Petate West zone.

Catalyst Copper Corp. announces La Verde project’s NI 43-101 Technical Report; including a Preliminary Economic Assessment Study completed by AMC Mining Consultants Ltd. and effective September 2012 has been filed and can be viewed on SEDAR. The Technical Report is based in part on a preceding document entitled “Technical Report and Resource Estimate of the La Verde Copper Project, Mexico”, by Margaret Harder, M.Sc., P.Geo. and Michael F. O’Brien, M.Sc., PrSci. Nat., GSSA, FAusIMM, FSAAIMM, both Qualified Person, of Tetra Tech Inc., dated 19 September 2012.

Camino Minerals Corporation is pleased to announce significant drill results from the El Secreto Gold, Silver and Copper Project located in Sinaloa State, Mexico. Drilling confirmed the presence of gold and silver mineralization and suggests that high-grade stockwork zones and ore shoots may exist at depth.

Southern Silver has entered into a finder’s fee agreement with Adrian Robles for his role in a previously announced transaction between Southern Silver and Freeport McMoRan Exploration Corporation (“Freeport”) with respect to the Cerro Las Minitas property (the “Property”) in Durango, Mexico (see news release of October 23, 2012). Pursuant to the finder’s fee agreement, Southern Silver will issue Mr. Robles: (i) 500,000 common shares

Kootenay Silver Inc. is pleased to announce following a scheduled two-week seasonal break, drilling has recommenced on its 30,000 meter, multi-phase drill and resource expansion program on its flagship Promontorio Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico. At present, a total of three core rigs are operating on site.
