SOURCE EXPLORATION CORP. is pleased to announce the signing of a diamond drilling contract for commencement of its 2014 exploration program at the Las Minas property, Veracruz, State, Mexico. Source has contracted with K.D.L. Mexico S.A de C.V. for a minimum of 2,800 metres of drilling, scheduled to get underway in the fourth week of January. The main focus of the program will be on delineation of the higher-grade portions of skarn mineralization identified in earlier drilling at the Santa Cruz and Eldorado discovery areas, in preparation for an initial resource calculation on these zones.

Citation Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that it has entered into a formal access agreement with the community of Mezcala at its Biricu Project granting the Company permission and access to conduct drilling activities. The Mezcala region covered by the agreement encompasses substantially all of the priority drill targets previously identified by the Company in the four target areas at the Bircu Project. Each of the four target areas contain the geophysical, geochemical and geological characteristics consistent with other discoveries in the area, including the neighboring Torex properties, Morelos and Media Luna, and Goldcorp’s Los Filos.

War Eagle Mining Company Inc. reports that it has completed the sale of the Tres Marias zinc-lead-germanium project in Chihuahua, Mexico to Contratista y Operaciones Mineras SA de CV, a Mexican mining company. Total consideration for the sale was US$5,000,000 cash which will be satisfied by (i) US$65,000 cash received on closing with the balance of US$2,435,000 in fixed periodic cash payments over three years and (ii) a 2% net smelter return royalty to a maximum of a further US$2,500,000 with (iii) a possible increase in the royalty to a maximum of up to US$3,300,000 depending on metal sales volumes and prices.
Orex Minerals Inc. is pleased to announce that it has compiled all available historical data from the Los Crestones Project 100km north of the Sinaloa state capital, Culiacán, Mexico. Work included analysis of previously sampled but not assayed intervals from diamond drilling by the previous owner. Work has now begun on the 2014 exploration programme which is planned to include surface mapping, sampling and trenching and air/ground geophysics in preparation for a campaign of diamond drilling. Community negotiations are continuing and expected to run in parallel with the exploration work.
