Amarium Technologies Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary Amarium Minerals Inc., reports that it has now completed upgrades to its site along with additions to the excavating, crushing and milling equipment at the Jovita Mine that have allowed daily production to increase by 300%. The existing daily throughput of 40 tons per day will now be operated at a capacity of 120 tons per day. The Jovita mine will test operate at 120 tons per day for the next 45 days, while production variances will be measured to ensure that consistent processing and a minimum grade of 3% for recoverable copper ore are maintained.

In consideration of exercise of the option, Sandstorm will make an additional upfront deposit of US$10 million to the Company on or before March 17, 2014 and will continue to make ongoing per ounce payments of US$350 until 50,000 ounces of gold have been delivered to Sandstorm, inclusive of 18,593 ounces already received from open-pit production, at which time the payments will increase to US$450 per ounce of gold.

The technical report provides a review of all known historical work performed on the property and all work performed by Mammoth Resources until the end of 2013. The report recommends drilling geophysical targets and continuing metallurgical testing of precious metal enriched cyanide leachable material on the property.
