Minaurum Announces Biricú Drill Results and Provides Update

Minaurum Gold Inc. is pleased to announce drill results from Guerrero Ventures Inc.’s 41,000 hectare Biricú project in the Guerrero Gold Belt in southern Mexico. Biricú shows typical Guerrero Gold Belt host rocks cut by intrusive rocks identical to those seen in Goldcorp’s neighbouring Los Filos Mine and Torex Gold’s nearby Media Luna deposit. It borders Minaurum’s Vuelcos del Destino project to the east and south.

Gainey Provides Corporate Exploration Update

Gainey Capital Corp. is pleased to announce that the Company’s Phase 1 drill program is progressing and has been expanded at the El Colomo Gold-Silver project located in the Sierra Madre Occidental Trend in Western Mexico. The drilling is focused on the La Higuerita mineralized zone and the La Nueva Victoria Mineralized zone which are two of the Company’s 21 known mineralized zones within El Colomo.

U.S. Antimony Reports Mexican Production

United States Antimony Corporation reported that it has started production from its own Mexican antimony and gold and silver properties. January production could be approximately 50,000 pounds of antimony, and the production will be ramped up from internally generated cash flow.

VanGold Signs Agreement for 100% Interest In Historic El Pinguico Mine

Vangold Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has entered into an asset acquisition agreement made effective December 16, 2016, with Exploraciones Mineras Del Bajio SA de CV to acquire a 100% interest in the El Pinguico property. The Property consists of two mining concessions covering 71 hectares, located approximately 5km southeast of the City of Guanajuato in Guanajuato State, Mexico, and contains the historic El Pinguico-Carmen silver-gold mine. The acquisition is at arm’s length.

GoGold Production Increases 122% over Previous Quarter

The production increase was driven by a full quarter of production from the Santa Gertrudis high grade zone recently discovered and improvements at Parral. The Santa Gertrudis high grade material represented approximately 50% of the quarterly production. The Company continues processing the high grade material during the construction of the vat leach plant.

Torex Intercepts High-Grade Gold Mineralization Under El Limon “Sill”

Torex Gold Resources Inc. is pleased to announce the results of the first portion of its drilling program under the ‘El Limon Sill’. Highlighted intercepts from the El Limon Sill exploration program include 317.8 g/t Au over 3.4m in borehole SST-01, 230.7 g/t Au over 2.4m in borehole SST-19, 19.6 g/t Au over 9.6m in borehole ST-25, 22.6 g/t Au over 13.3m in borehole SST-27 and 83.3 g/t Au over 4.3m in borehole SST-34.

Almaden Drills Further New High Grade Mineralisation Within and Outside Amended Pea Pit, Hits 30.35 Meters of 1.92 g/t Gold, 62.1 g/t Silver and 8.50 Meters of 2.56 g/t Gold and 357.0 g/t Silver

J.D. Poliquin, chairman of Almaden stated, “Today’s results once again show the presence of the high grade veins on the Tuligtic project. While we are now focussed on developing the Ixtaca deposit into a significant precious metals producer in Mexico, and are currently busy with engineering work and studies towards producing a PFS, this exploration drilling demonstrates additional resource potential both laterally and, because we are at the top of a fully preserved epithermal system, future exploration drilling will also test for feeder veins beneath the Ixtaca sheeted vein zone.”

Sonoro Closes Sale of Chipriona to Agnico Eagle

Sonoro Metals Corp., is pleased to announce that it has closed the sale of the Company’s Chipriona project in Mexico to Agnico Sonora, S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of Agnico Eagle Mines Limited; the details of which are disclosed in the Company’s news release dated December 14, 2016. Sonoro has now received the first payment under the assignment agreement with Agnico in the amount of $650,000. Three additional sequential installments of $650,000, $800,000 and $1,900,000 respectively are due and payable over the coming months following registration of title at Mexico’s Public Registry of Mining, commencing with the registration of title from the original vendors through to final registration under Agnico. This disposition by the Company has been accepted for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
