Golden Minerals Company announced today that it has entered into an earn-in agreement with Barrick Gold Corporation whereby Barrick has acquired an option to earn a 70% interest in Golden’s El Quevar project located in the Salta Province of Argentina.
GR Silver Mining President and CEO, Marcio Fonseca, commented, “We are very pleased to report the discovery of high-grade silver-gold mineralized zones in the San Juan area. These significant results demonstrate the district-scale potential for high-grade silver-gold veins within the Plomosas Project.”
