Prime Mining Corp. is pleased to announce effective August 1, 2020 the appointment of Ian Harcus as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Mr. Simon Anderson who relinquishes his role as Chief Financial Officer but will remain with the Company in a transition capacity.

Mexus Gold US announced that production at its Santa Elena mine in Caborca, MX continues with positive results.
The net proceeds from the Offering will be used principally to fund Sonoro’s previously announced exploration and development plans at its Cerro Caliche Project located in Sonora, Mexico and project property maintenance payments, and secondarily for corporate and general administrative expenses.
