Kootenay President & CEO, James McDonald, stated “We continue to be extremely pleased as we see the first drill results of 2021 start to come in. The first six holes continue to show grade and continuity of the F Vein in large untested gaps with grades to 899 gpt silver and 559 gpt silver in the Hanging Wall and F Vein respectively”.
Shares in Bacanora Lithium rose as much as 30% on Thursday after China’s Ganfeng Lithium, one of the world’s top lithium producers, agreed to buy the shares it does not already own for up to 190 million pounds ($264.5 million).
“Due to the high demand for physical coins and bullion, our online retail store generated $4.8 million in silver sales during the quarter, or approximately 5% of our $101 million in total quarterly revenues, representing a new record in its 13-year online history. Furthermore, due to the current demand, the Company is working with numerous mints and refiners to direct as much silver sales as it can through its online store as possible.”

In addition, regional exploration and drilling was ramped up significantly at Tucano from which we are already seeing positive results that should contribute to increases in our mineral resource inventory.”
