Golden Minerals Company is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced registered direct offering for the purchase and sale of an aggregate of 1,427,587 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $1.45 per share in a registered direct offering.

Bear Creek Mining Corporation announces that its Board of Directors authorized and approved, and today granted, 450,000 incentive stock options to Mr. Eric Caba pursuant to the Company’s incentive stock option plan.

Un juez federal otorgó a la empresa Cobre del Mayo la primera suspensión provisional contra todos los efectos de la Ley Minera, aprobada por el Congreso de la Unión a finales de abril. El 28 de junio se determinará si le concede a la compañía la suspensión definitiva.

Grupo México, propiedad del empresario Germán Larrea, señaló que el levantamiento de la huelga en la mina San Martín, ubicada en Sombrerete, Zacatecas, fue decisión de los trabajadores.
