Gatos Silver, Inc. today announced the date of a special meeting of stockholders and the filing of its definitive proxy statement in connection with the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger with First Majestic Silver Corp.

The improved production during the month, combined with high metal prices and the favorable US dollar to peso exchange rate, allowed the mine to operate at slightly better than break-even cash flow during the month.
