Gold Resource Corporation reports preliminary production results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018 of 6,411 ounces of gold, 321,590 ounces of silver and significant base metals. These filings, when made final or effective, will allow the Company to make offerings of common shares, subscription receipts, units, warrants or any combination thereof of up to US$300 million during the 25 months following the (final) prospectus and registration statement becoming effective in the United States and Canada (except for the Province of Quebec).
