Auxico Resources Canada Inc. has signed an option agreement with Concordia Silver Company S.A. de C.V. for the proposed sale of 100% of the shares of Auxico Resources S.A. de C.V., its wholly owned Mexican subsidiary.
Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said on Thursday that her team was seeking to resolve issues which had led to strikes at three mines, including a large copper mine in the Cananea region in the northern state of Sonora.
Southern Empire Resources Corp. granted 1,680,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees, and consultants, exercisable at $0.05 per share for five years from the grant date.
