ISS and Glass Lewis are two leading independent, third party proxy advisory firms who among other services, provide proxy voting recommendations to pension funds, investment managers, mutual funds and other institutional shareholders.
ISS and Glass Lewis both recommend that Equinox Gold shareholders vote in favour of the resolutions to be voted on at the special meeting of shareholders to be held on January 28, 2020.
Proceeds of the private placement will be used for funding exploration of the Buck property and working capital.
