McEwen Inc. and Canadian Gold Corp. entered into a definitive arrangement agreement under which McEwen will acquire all issued and outstanding Canadian Gold shares via a statutory plan of arrangement, with Canadian Gold shareholders to receive McEwen shares at a set exchange ratio if approved. The deal requires court and shareholder approvals and aims to combine the companies under McEwen’s ownership.

Riverside Resources Inc. (TSXV: RRI) expands its REE program, advancing the Revel Project’s carbonatite-hosted target in BC with mapping, sampling, geophysics, and permitting for drilling. Parallel generative work targets REE opportunities in Canada and Mexico, aligning with the company’s project generator model for partnerships and value creation.

Golden Minerals Company completed the $3M + VAT sale of its Velardeña oxide processing plant and water wells in Mexico to a private buyer on Oct 10, 2025. Full payment received. This fully divests Velardeña operations, enabling focus on exploration portfolio.
