During the quarter, the Company closed the sale of the Pitarrilla project to Endeavour Silver. As consideration for the sale, SSR Mining received $35 million in cash, $35 million in shares of Endeavour Silver, and a 1.25% net smelter return royalty on the Pitarrilla property.

Great Panther Mining Limited announces that the Supreme Court of British Columbia, on application of the Company, has granted an extension of the stay of proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act to December 16, 2022, and has approved the previously announced Share Purchase Agreement between Great Panther and Newrange Gold Corp.
