Hecla Mining Company announced today that, effective immediately, its Board of Directors has named Catherine J. “Cassie” Boggs, Hecla’s current Chair of the Board, as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Boggs succeeds Phillips S. Baker Jr., who, after nearly 23 years of service, is retiring from the Company and stepping down from its Board.

Inomin Mines Inc. wishes to provide an update to its previously announced non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units at $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. The purpose of the Meeting is to seek approval of the previously announced spinout by way of a plan of arrangement between Vizsla Silver and Vizsla Royalties Corp. whereby the owners of common shares of Vizsla Silver are entitled to receive one-third of a common share of Spinco and one-third of a common share purchase warrant of Spinco for each Vizsla Silver Share held immediately prior to the closing of the Arrangement.
