Spartan Exploration Ltd. (TSX:SPE) (“Spartan”) is pleased to announce today that it has entered into an arrangement agreement (the “Arrangement Agreement”) whereby a public senior oil and gas company (the “Acquirer”) will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Spartan in a transaction valued at approximately $229 million (the “Arrangement”).
