Dr. Craig Gibson, President and CEO, commented: “Trench sampling at Los Pavitos has shown that in some areas the narrow high grade quartz veins defined in surface sampling are hosted by wider mineralized structures. Wider zones of gold mineralization near the surface could be important for future development of the property. We are looking forward to exploring these mineralized zones by drilling, planned to commence shortly.”

“We’ve drilled over 100 additional holes in the Main zone at Los Ricos South since our initial drilling which was included in our July 2020 Mineral Resource Estimate. It shows potential to add ounces at higher grade in the up-plunge growth target. And it illustrates the excellent continuity of high grade along the length of the High Grade Panel.”

Ian McGavney, COO of Colibri commented, “Our drill plan at the Main Zone is designed to further validate our current interpretation & geological model and if successful it has the potential to double, or more, the footprint of the Main Zone. Northwest trending structures are very important at established gold mines in the Caborca Gold Belt and if they are confirmed with our Main Zone drilling it may provide the structural setting required to realize increased average grades. We are also very pleased to be drilling the West El Sahuaro target.”

“Expansion drilling at Copala, both to the southeast and north, continue to highlight a robust precious metals structure well beyond the January 2023 resource boundary,” commented Michael Konnert, President & CEO. “The overall strike length now measures approximately 1,670 metres long and remains open in both directions.”

Greg Liller, the Company´s COO observes “These are the first holes drilled in the Districo del Tigre and thus far we have hit encouraging shallow mineralization in all of them. I am particularly impressed with Hole 3, intersecting 32 metres of 1.0 g/t gold, as we had estimated the overall El Tigre mine zone to be somewhat narrower, in the range 10 to 12 metres.”

“Infill and step-out drilling to the south at El Limón Sur Deep was successful in extending higher-grade mineralization outside of the current resource block model. Several drill holes returned notable intersects over favourable widths including 88.92 grams per tonne gold equivalent over 14.5 metres in drill hole LS-220, 11.20 gpt AuEq over 29.4 m and 19.03 gpt AuEq over 13.3 m in LS-221, 6.86 gpt AuEq over 16.6 m in LS-187, and 7.46 gpt AuEq over 11.6 m in LS-184.”
