Baja Mining Signs Option Agreement

Baja Mining Corp. is pleased to announce that it has entered into an option agreement whereby it can earn up to an 80% interest in Cinto Colorado S. de R.L. de C.V., a private Mexican company. Cinto’s main asset is a surface lease which entitles Cinto to process and/or sell tailings and slag now stored on the lands subject to the Lease. Baja’s preliminary due diligence review indicates the tailings and slag contain significant residual copper and cobalt.

Endeavour Re-Commissions El Cubo Plant on Time & Budget

Endeavour Silver Corp. announces that the re-commissioning of the newly rebuilt plant at its El Cubo mine in Guanajuato, Mexico was successfully completed on May 31, on time and budget. The El Cubo plant is now operating at the current mine output of 1,100-1,200 tonnes of ore per day.

Soltoro’s Underground Sampling Returns 11.57 Metres of 449 gpt Silver, 0.13 gpt Gold & 3.54% Lead at the El Rayo Project

Soltoro Ltd. has completed Phase 1 of its underground sampling program at the historic Catarina mine on the El Rayo primary silver project in Jalisco, Mexico. The program is being completed to confirm and expand a historic silver resource identified by the Consejo de Recursos Minerales in the 1980’s. The southern portion of the El Rayo structure hosts the Catarina mine, where five separate high-grade silver ore shoots were mined by the Spaniards beginning in 1546. Mineralization at the Catarina mine has been exposed on two levels 50 metres apart over approximately 500 metres of strike.
