Heliostar Metals Ltd. announced high-grade gold results from a 16,211-meter drilling program at La Colorada Mine, Sonora, Mexico, including 56.6m at 2.88 g/t and 23.2m at 14.4 g/t gold. The program aims to expand reserves for a mid-2025 technical report. Drilling will now focus on stockpiles and high-grade veins to enhance production and economics.

Vizsla Silver Corp. has agreed to acquire the Santa Fe Project, a 12,229 Ha site with a 350 tpd mill, south of its Panuco Project in Mexico. The deal includes cash and share payments for production and exploration concessions. The Santa Fe mine has processed 370,366 tonnes of ore since 2020, with significant exploration potential. The acquisition aims to boost Vizsla’s production profile.

Mako Mining Corp. reported high-grade gold and silver results from its RC drill program at Las Conchitas, Nicaragua. Highlights include 117.98 g/t Au over 2.0 m at Cruz Grande/El Limon, 29.57 g/t Au over 3.0 m at Mina Francisco, and 24.95 g/t Au over 4.0 m at Bayacun. The program aims to expand open-pit and underground mining potential.

Luca Mining Corp. announced drill results from seven underground diamond drill holes at its Campo Morado mine in Mexico, part of a 5,000m Phase One exploration. Drillhole CMUG-25-012 discovered a new ore zone with 3.8m of 12.54 g/t AuEq. The program targets near-mine resource expansion, with surface drilling underway to test Reforma and El Rey deposits.

Guanajuato Silver provided an exploration update on May 8, 2025, for El Cubo and San Ignacio mines in Mexico. Drilling confirmed high-grade continuity in the San Luis vein; 2025 plans include 6,500m across multiple veins. Endeavour Silver has begun wet commissioning at its Terronera Project in Jalisco, Mexico — a key step toward full-scale production. This phase introduces water and slurry into plant systems to test equipment under real conditions following dry commissioning. The first slurry has been sent to the concentrate filter, and teams are monitoring performance as they prepare to ramp up throughput and approach commercial production.

Riverside Resources and Questcorp Mining signed a definitive option agreement for the 2,520 ha La Union gold-polymetallic project in Sonora, Mexico. Questcorp can earn 100 % by making staged cash payments, issuing up to 19.9 % of its shares to Riverside and spending C$5.5 M on exploration. Riverside will operate early exploration and retain a 2.5 % NSR if the option is exercised.

Luca Mining Corp. announced results from nine underground drill holes at its Tahuehueto gold-silver mine in Mexico, part of a 5,000m exploration program. Two new high-grade breccia ore shoots were discovered in the El Creston vein system, with intercepts including 9.4m at 5.21 g/t AuEq and 4.8m at 5.62 g/t AuEq. A Phase 2 drilling program and surface drilling at the Santiago deposit have begun.

Kingsmen Resources reported that drill pad construction is underway at its 100 %-owned Las Coloradas silver project in the Parral mining district, Chihuahua, Mexico, preparing for an initial 14-hole diamond drilling program targeting the Soledad and Soledad II vein systems after significant surface sampling results. Drilling is expected to run through May–July 2025.
