“With Panuco Project 1 now having been defined, the hunt for Project 2 begins,” commented Michael Konnert, President and CEO. “Since our initial discovery at Napoleon, we have completed over 350,000 metres of diamond drilling, made several new discoveries and outlined a robust, high-grade resource base which serves as the foundation for Panuco Project 1, located in the southwest corner of the district. We are now determined to identify the next epicenter of high-grade mineralization in the central and/or east area of the district with the potential to host similar resources to that outlined in Project 1.”

When we completed the initial PEA in December 2023 it was clear there was additional value to be unlocked at Santo Tomas. Upon careful analysis, a staged approach to the mine expansion and a focus on exploiting the higher-grade near surface material in the early years of mining has unlocked a considerable increase in value.”

Greg McKenzie, President and CEO, commented: “We are pleased with the high-grade results within Central Rosarios, now with six intercepts exceeding 1,000 g/t Ag.Eq. It is important to recognize this area was predicted to be blank. The results reported today extend the high-grade mineralization up to 128 m below the Indicated and Inferred Resources identified by SRK and we anticipate the drilling will have a positive impact on future Mineral Resources, both in terms of tonnage and grade.”

Paddy Nicol, Orogen’s CEO, commented, “The discovery of the Navidad vein system has strong implications for significantly extending the life of the Ermitaño Mine and for Orogen’s 2% NSR royalty. Only seven holes have been completed in the Navidad vein, but the scale of the discovery is already apparent with high grade gold intercepts that are approximately 750 metres apart.”
