Almaden Updates Stakeholders on Permitting Progress for the Ixtaca Project, Mexico

We are very grateful to the constructive feedback we have received from local stakeholders, independent consultants and engineers, civil society organisations and individuals further afield that have improved the Ixtaca project over the past number of years. Our stakeholder engagement has focussed not only on supporters but has opened its doors to those known to have concerns. Our monthly technical sessions are open to all, have provided a safe environment for discussion and have made available experts in all aspects of the mining process. Our sponsorship of trips to operating mines elsewhere in Mexico have provided nearly 500 local stakeholders first-hand experience of the realities of mining.

Discovery Metals Announces Mobilization for 35,000m Drill Program at its Cordero Project

Silver & Gold Exploration Underway on Alacrán Project

Commenting on the strong potential of the Alacrán Project, Azure’s Managing Director, Mr. Tony Rovira, said: “Azure’s exploration team has a good track record for making significant silver and gold discoveries on the Alacrán project, with the Mesa de Plata and Loma Bonita deposits together containing resources of more than 32 million ounces of silver and 150,000 ounces of gold.”

U. S. Antimony Announces Continued Progress on the Los Juarez Gold and Silver Project and Reducing Costs of Antimony Production

CEO John Lawrence said “As a result of lower antimony prices and increasing prices for gold and silver, USAC will prioritize precious metals. The Company is now very close to the start-up, testing and shake down of the Los Juarez gold and silver leach at the Puerto Blanco mill. The Company continues to take steps to reduce its costs of producing antimony products in response to the lower global sale prices.”

Orla Mining Awards EPCM Contract For Camino Rojo To M3 Engineering

Radius Gold and Pan American Silver to commence phase 3 work at Amalia Project, Mexico

Radius Gold Inc. is pleased to announce that Pan American Silver Corp. has elected to operate the next phase of exploration at Radius’s high-grade gold-silver Amalia Project located in Chihuahua, Mexico, and will reinitiate work in Q3 of 2019. The work program at Amalia will focus on preparation and execution of the phase 3 drilling program which includes an additional 2,500 m of diamond drilling.

Argonaut Gold Announces Successful Completion of Additional San Agustin Water Well

Argonaut Gold Inc. is pleased to announce it has completed the fourth water well at its San Agustin operation and that the new well has demonstrated sufficient water capacity to meet the needs of the operation to run at 30,000 tonnes per day of ore. The Company anticipates ramping up to 30,000 tonnes per day at the San Agustin mine during the fourth quarter of 2019.

Further High-Grade Silver Results at San Celso and Los Campos Projects

Advance Gold’s Completed Geophysical Survey at Tabasquena Project Identifies a Large Continuous IP Anomaly

Allan Barry Laboucan, President and CEO of Advance Gold Corp. commented: “Based on the size and number of vein intersections in the near surface drilling in the andesites, our exploration team has felt that we have found a very large system. The IP survey has now identified such a possible system. Where the IP anomaly starts is approximately 100 metres below the past drilling and almost directly under the main Tabasquena vein. This depth is very important because it is approximately where the graphitic phyllite horizon begins. The major mines nearby, operated by Fresnillo Plc., and MAG Silver’s Juanicipio mine currently under construction, are epithermal veins systems focused on zones within the graphitic phyllites…”
