Golden Minerals plans to drill approximately 20 holes to better define the high-grade core of the Rodeo deposit. The upcoming drill program will expand on the historic drilling campaigns that successfully tested multiple gold-quartz veins and breccias of the Rodeo low sulfidation vein system with encouraging results, including:

COVID-19 protocol implementation complete at the Plomosas Mine and Aldama processing plant. Mining re-commenced 1 June 2020, processing re-commenced 21 June 2020. Production now at pre-COVID-19 shutdown rates with reduced operating costs.

Prime Mining’s COO Greg Liller notes, “Using low cost trench sampling, this work aims to elevate near surface Inferred resource to Measured and Indicated status and to expand the known mineralization footprint at surface. Tahonitas remains open along strike and down dip. Additional surface sampling from trenches will be included in ongoing activities.”
