Excellon Drills 1,828 g/t Silver Equivalent Over 5.2 Metres at Platosa
“Drilling at Platosa continues to define high grade mineralization ahead of production,” stated Ben Pullinger, Senior Vice President Geology & Corporate Development.
“Drilling at Platosa continues to define high grade mineralization ahead of production,” stated Ben Pullinger, Senior Vice President Geology & Corporate Development.
“We’re pleased with these exceptional grades contained within wider zones of strong grades at Casados. As we work towards our initial resource at Los Ricos North expected this fall, we’re beginning to work on finalizing our models for certain areas of the project.”
Mr. Hawley continues: “As assay results from this new gold domain system are received, we are refining the interpretation of structural controls as seen in Figure 1, which is an isopac contour of gold grade multiplied by thickness.”
“We are extremely pleased to have made this acquisition and to be able to look at the El Creston Project in three different ways – one as a moly deposit; another as a property with gold showings; and thirdly, as a project with the potential for copper porphyry at depth,” commented Robert Eadie, CEO and a director of the Company.
Azucar Minerals Ltd. is pleased to announce that it has completed two drill holes at the El Cobre porphyry copper-gold project in Veracruz State, Mexico and is currently reviewing past acquired data in order to plan additional drilling for future programs. Results from the recently completed drilling will be announced when they are received and processed.
Canasil President and CEO, Bahman Yamini, commented: “The very high-grade gold and silver values returned from NRC-21-09 within a wide mineralized structure, and the increasing widths and grades with depth below the 2020 drill intercept are extremely encouraging. These initial results confirm continuity of mineralization to depth from the 2020 discovery drill holes on the Candy vein at the Nora project.”
Zacatecas Silver, in anticipation of the now granted drill permits, has already signed a contract for 10,000 metres of diamond drilling with Major Drilling, who have indicated that they are able to mobilize to site by the end of August. Drilling will commence at Panuco and thereafter San Gill.
MAG Silver Corp. is pleased to report results from 2020 drilling on the Juanicipio Project (56% / 44% joint venture between Fresnillo plc. A total of 33 surface holes (27,900 metres) and 77 underground definition holes (11,800 m) were completed with the primary objectives of: infilling and expanding the Valdecañas Deep Zone to optimise its extraction; and definition drilling of the upper high-grade Valdecañas Bonanza Zone where test mining has already begun and the focus for the first several years of mining in this area.
“The El Oro district is a well-known mining district with over 8 million ounces of gold equivalent produced from only 2 of over 50 known veins,” says Joanne Freeze, President and CEO of Xali Gold. “There is huge potential in the area, and we’ve identified some new drill targets to test some of the other underexplored veins.”
“Drilling on the eastern side of El Refugio extends the high-grade gold and silver 80 metres east. The broad, high-grade intercepts provide a significant boost to the resource potential in this part of El Refugio. Additionally, a program of deep holes proximal to the bonanza grade intercept of hole CDH-077 has commenced consisting of 6 holes to fill the area up and down dip of the intercept and to the west. The first of these holes is complete, with gold and silver sulphide mineralisation observations consistent with previous El Refugio structure intercepts.”
