Silver Spruce Resources Inc. announced today the closing of the final tranche of its private placement consisting of 5,420,000 flow-through units at a price of $0.06 per unit for gross proceeds of $325,200.

Colibri Resource Corporation is pleased to announce that its option partner, Tocvan Ventures Corp. has reported assay results from its Phase 1 drill program at Colibri’s Pilar Gold-Silver Project.
The net proceeds from the offering shall be primarily used to fund continued exploration of the Corporation’s El Tigre silver project located in Sonora, Mexico.
