Bell Copper Corporation announces that it is amending the terms of its previously announced brokered private placement. The Company will now proceed with the private placement on a non-brokered basis and offer for sale up to 50,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per Unit for total gross proceeds of up to $2,500,000.
