Pinnacle Closes Second and Final Tranche of Private Placement

Pinnacle closed the final tranche of its private placement, raising $1.00 million and bringing total proceeds to $1.65 million. Funds will advance the El Potrero gold-silver project in Durango, support project evaluations, and provide working capital. The financing remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
