Goldgroup closed a US$121.85 million non-brokered placement, issuing 33.38 million units at US$3.65 each. Each unit includes one share and half a warrant; whole warrants are exercisable at US$5.10 through March 2028. The company plans to advance its mining portfolio and consider strategic investments and acquisitions.
