Colibri Resource Corporation Announces Grant of Stock Options and Corporate Update

Colibri Resource Corporation granted 2.75 million stock options at $0.10 per share to directors, officers, employees and consultants. The company also submitted final documentation to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval of transactions increasing its effective Diamante Gold & Silver Project interest to 60% and divesting its 50% Jackie Project interest.
